The Shizen Yapas Bar was conceived out of love with the goal of delighting its diners and providing them a unique experience for all five senses.

The Shizen Yapas Bar offers its diners menus that include exclusive breakfasts, unique business lunches, and a diverse dinner menu  including meat and fish dishes, according to the Yapas principle. For dessert, you will be invited to enjoy delicacies from a rich and unique dessert menu.

The Shizen Yapas Bar is based on the cuisine of Chef Colin Gillon.
His Yapas are the perfect combination of minimalism, flavors and style, changing from day to day and from season to season, using the freshest ingredients.
